Today, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that SEA 1’s near-total abortion ban will go into effect, putting the health and safety of Hoosiers at risk.
The United States Supreme Court also delivered devastating decisions regarding affirmative action, LGBTQ+ equality, and financial relief, moving us further from our country’s founding principle of liberty and justice for all.
With every ruling that strikes at the rights of Hoosiers, Hoosier Women Forward recommits to our mission to put more Democratic women in seats of power and create a state where Hoosiers have the liberty to thrive.
