Meg Biallas is the founder and CEO of Moxie Communications, a woman-owned strategic communications firm based in Indianapolis that helps mission-driven organizations build trust, strengthen partnerships, and engage communities.
Meg has built her career helping organizations shape conversations, forge partnerships, and translate complex issues into meaningful action. Beginning her career at WISH-TV in Indianapolis and National Public Radio in Washington, D.C., she later held communications leadership positions with Child Care Aware of America, First Focus on Children, the National Sexual Assault Hotline (RAINN), and Council for a Strong America.
She believes the strongest communities are built through relationships and that leadership begins by helping people find common purpose. She is passionate about developing emerging leaders and creating opportunities for women and communities to thrive. In 2026, Meg served as campaign manager for Indiana State Senate District 46 candidate Allissa Impink, where she developed emerging leaders, fostered a strong team culture, and helped lead the campaign to victory in the Democratic primary. She is an active member of the Divas, a women’s cycling and mentorship program, where she has served as a ride leader. In 2025, she led an exploratory effort to expand riding opportunities on Indianapolis’ south side, an experience that deepened her commitment to safer transportation infrastructure and expanded access to active transportation.
A two-time graduate of Butler University, Meg earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Through Moxie Communications and her community leadership, she is committed to helping organizations and communities build the relationships, coalitions, and leaders that strengthen Indiana for future generations.
