Dr. Maggie Stevens is a dedicated leader and advocate committed to strengthening communities by empowering individuals. With a passion for helping others achieve their goals, she has spent her career supporting people through education, mentorship, and community-based initiatives.
As the President and CEO of Foster Success, an Indiana-based nonprofit with a national reach, Maggie leads efforts to hear, support, and empower teens and young adults with lived experience in foster care as they transition into adulthood. She collaborates with staff, board members, and partners to advance its mission through programs, partnerships, and policy initiatives. Her work extends to the state and federal levels, where she actively champions policies that improve child welfare and family well-being.
Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University (MO), a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Charleston (WV), and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Cincinnati (OH). She also serves on the Girl Co. – Indiana Advisory Board and as Finance Manager for the Yocum for Indiana campaign.
