Esa Jones

Esa Jones is a union electrician with IBEW local 481. She is the first woman to be elected to the executive board in Local 481. Esa is also a labor committee member with the Indianapolis chapter of the NAACP and was a delegate at the 2023 NAACP National Convention. She is passionate about bringing awareness to women about the many benefits of union jobs including equal pay. Esa is a mother of four and grandmother of two toddlers, and she enjoys creating children’s stories inspired by her grandchildren in her down time.
