Emilee Roberts is a dynamic community engagement leader with a deep passion for uniting people and fostering organizational growth through vibrant, positive leadership. Emilee’s expertise lies in empowering nonprofits to evolve and thrive. Currently, Emilee serves as the Director of Strategy and Impact at Chances And Services for Youth (CASY) in Terre Haute, Indiana, and just completed her Ph.D. in Global Leadership from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College
Over the last decade, Emilee has blazed trails in her career, becoming the first woman in her Residence Life role at Rose-Hulman and one of the youngest Executive Directors of the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce. Her career is defined by a commitment to program development, community connection, organizational storytelling, and amplifying visibility.
Beyond her professional achievements, Emilee is an avid volunteer with organizations like Girls Incorporated, Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc., the Terre Haute Children’s Museum, Chi Omega, and the Vigo County Education Foundation – where she serves as a board member. Additionally, Emilee has also served as an adjunct professor at St. Mary-of-the Woods College for the Master of Leadership Development program.
In her free time, she cherishes moments with friends and family, diving into books, cheering on Notre Dame football, traveling with her husband Caleb, and doting on her beloved Labradoodle, Louie and Goldendoodle, Fitzgerald.
