Elise Shrock is the Director of Communications at Christ Church Cathedral Indianapolis. Prior to this role, Shrock was the Director of Operations at Tamm Capital Group where she led the firm’s association management program and served on their government affairs team. Shrock has also worked as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for the Indiana Senate Democratic Caucus. There, she also facilitated the caucus’ Hispanic outreach program and Latino Roundtable. During her near-decade at the Indiana Senate, she also directed the caucus’ Internship Program.
A graduate of Butler University, Shrock studied broadcast journalism and has worked in both TV and radio news. She is a contributor to publications such as Heartland Now, No Mean City, EÑE, and Note Magazine. Shrock serves the Indianapolis community most recently as a board member for both the Christ Church Cathedral Women and Project Purse, and works with a number of local organizations to help connect immigrant and refugee families with legal services.
