Ti’Gre McNear is a Christian woman after God’s own heart. She is originally a native of Gary, IN. After hosting a local TV show in Gary called For Women Only, she moved to Indianapolis to find work as a tv news anchor. With those dreams deferred and after years of working with many community services agencies and in leadership, she completed her bachelor’s degree in human resource development at Indiana State University and an obtained a master’s degree in organizational leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Ti’Gre has always had a passion for serving. As a child, she joined the Junior Patrol, and Girl Scouts, and ran for many student offices during her school years. Her fondest memory is when she ran for secretary of the student council and lost. The winning student couldn’t fulfill her duties and she was asked to represent the school and visit the Indianapolis State House as a Page. She learned that losing is not the end, it is the beginning of something else.

Whether it’s speaking at a community event, training on diversity, equity, and inclusion, or lending a hand at a food pantry, she is going to show up with an altruistic approach.
