Rebecca Reazer works for Davis and Associates and serves as a Superintendent at Eli Lilly’s Corporate Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. In the three years she has taken on this role, she has managed all aspects on the construction site, determined the project needs, set deadlines, and ensured that the project stays on track.
Rebecca is a thirteen-year member of the Carpenter’s Union, Local 301 in Indianapolis and an active member of the Political Action Committee and Sisters in the Brotherhood. She is the first female to be an elected delegate and trustee for the executive board of Local 301 and recently represented the union at the 2024, “Get Out To Vote” conference at the International Training Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Rebecca was born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and graduated from Cedar Crest High School as a member of the National Honors Society. She holds a degree in Construction Supervision and Construction Estimating.
Rebecca’s absolute passion is construction and her goal is to empower and educate women all over the world in the field of construction. She strongly believes in promoting gender equality and social justice, and that women and girls contribute to the health and productivity of their families, communities, and countries, creating a ripple effect that benefits everyone.
