Racheal Bleicher is a dynamic and people-centered Field Sales Manager at a technology company, leading a team of Sales Professionals across Indiana, Southern Ohio, and Kentucky and supporting commercial organizations in that market in achieving their business outcome goals through strategic technology initiatives. In her current and previous roles, Racheal is known for her servant leadership style—putting people first, empowering others, and fostering a culture of authenticity, inclusion, and accountability. She is passionate about developing talent, encouraging creative problem-solving, and driving collaboration across teams. Her sales leadership has delivered measurable impact, meeting annual financial goals as well as receiving positive coworker engagement scores each year. She has completed her company’s Emerging Leaders Program and Sales Leadership Academy.
Originally from Illinois, Racheal grew up as a Cardinals fan in southern Illinois and earned a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, Racheal is a proud Hoosier transplant, wife, and mom to two strong, independent toddler daughters. She is the Membership Chair for the Westfield Democrats Club, Vice President of Marketing for the Junior League of Indianapolis, and a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority. She enjoys volunteering, podcasts, iced coffee, and quoting The Office. Her personal and professional passions converge in her commitment to building diverse and inclusive culture and creating meaningful connections across communities and organizations; she aims to empower others to take action and use their time, talent, and voices to influence positive change in Indiana and beyond.
