A lifelong Hoosier, Lindsey Pancol Madinger was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana where she currently serves as Director of Development for the Ivy Tech Community College Anderson campus. In her role as Director, Lindsey is able to partner and work closely with donors, community and business leaders to invest in Ivy Tech to build stronger communities and a better Indiana.
As an active member of her community, Lindsey is a board member for The Hopewell Center, chairperson for Madison County’s Women in Philanthropy, a member of the Anderson Noon Rotary Club, a member of the Madison County Women’s Democrat Club, and a member of Ivy Tech’s women’s philanthropic organization, Circle of Ivy. She also volunteers her time with various local organizations and events including serving on the Madison County Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner committee and the Paramount Theatre’s Dancing Like the Stars committee.
Lindsey has always been a strong advocate for fairness and equality in her community and is currently taking part in a pilot program in Madison County addressing this issue by serving on the Race, Equity and Inclusion workgroup.
Lindsey is a 1997 graduate of Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in English, and a 2012 graduate of the Madison County Leadership Academy.
Lindsey currently resides in Pendleton with her husband, Derek Madinger, and together they have three children, Taylor, Michaela and Dawson.
