She has supported C-suite leaders in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, serving as a reliable gatekeeper, communicator, and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. Her work spans industries, but her approach remains constant: anticipating needs, protecting confidentiality, and ensuring operational excellence.
Currently serving as Business Development Manager at HireRight, L.L.C., DaVanna plays a key role in daily operations and supports the CEO and Board of Directors.
A proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Human Services and an A.S. in Business Administration, she is deeply engaged in community transformation efforts. As a dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, she upholds the principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood. Her leadership also extends to Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) in Fort Wayne, where she works to address racial divisions, promote healing, and foster generational unity in one of Indiana’s most politically and racially tense cities.
