Carrie Summers is the Director of Legislative and Political Affairs for the Indiana Credit Union League (ICUL). In prior roles, she served as the PAC Manager and Director of Advocacy for the ICUL. Carrie also spent three years as a full-time stay at home mom and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at home with her daughters.
Before working for the ICUL, Carrie served as the Legislative Policy Director for the Indiana House Democratic Caucus and served as Internship Director for the Caucus as well. She spent several election cycles as a Campaign Manager for House Democrats. Additionally, Carrie worked as an Administrative Assistant in the administration of Governor Frank O’Bannon.
Carrie is passionate about education policy and is active with Noblesville Schools. She serves on the Grants Committee of the Noblesville Schools Education Foundation, Calendar Committee for Noblesville Schools, and participates in PTO, serving as a former PTO President.
Carrie is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. A native Hoosier, she lives in Noblesville with her husband Kyle and their daughters Evelyn and Audrey.
