Bri is also a high school classroom speaker through the Respect Team and a youth mentor at the Allen County Juvenile Center. Her commitment to empowering young people extends to her roles as a Youth Advocate and mentor for Bring It Push It Own It, a local nonprofit organization.
In her community, Bri is a vocal advocate for social justice, serving as Vice President of the Allen County Young Democrats and Lieutenant officer for the Original Black Panther Party. She is a tireless champion for DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice), children’s rights, and women’s empowerment.
Through her work, Bri draws upon her personal experiences, including overcoming physical and emotional abuse, suicidal thoughts, family trauma, teen pregnancy, and racial injustice. These challenges have fueled her determination to make a positive impact, driving her “why” and inspiring her “heart” work as a Trauma and mental wellness speaker.
