Ashley Brooks loves to foster the food community that surrounds her. After filling her plate with a diverse culinary education, including culinary school, baking/pastry & cheese-making, Brooks co-launched the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Milktooth, in 2014. Since then, she sought to cultivate a more vibrant and supportive culinary community in Indianapolis by co-founding food justice projects such as the Garfield Park Farmers Market, Indy Women in Food and Baby Got Brunch. Her newest mission-driven enterprise, A.Rose, is a culinary consultancy helping restaurants achieve sustainability, producing thoughtfully curated culinary experiences for private and corporate clients, and advocating for food justice in the most marginalized communities.
