Katie Morgan

Katie Morgan is the Founder and Executive Director of VACA, Inc. (Vulnerable Adult Care Advocates), a nonprofit that provides low-cost guardianship services to incapacitated adults across Southern Indiana. A passionate advocate for servant leadership, Katie has built a career around protecting the rights and dignity of those too often overlooked by traditional systems.

Katie previously ran for County Commissioner in Clark County and remains deeply involved in civic and political engagement, serving as President of the Clark County Democrat Women’s Caucus and Vice President of the Guardian Association of Indiana. She is also a Board Trustee for the LifeSpring Foundation and a Regional Champion for the Indiana Geriatrics Society.

She lives in Southern Indiana with her husband, Brian, their children, and a lively crew of rescue animals. Katie is proud to join Hoosier Women Forward Class 8 and looks forward to continuing her mission to lead with compassion, integrity, and impact.
