Regenia Frison Jones considers herself a Hoosier at heart, but has strong Alabama roots where she was born and spent summers as a child. She is a proud mother of three adult children and wife to a devoted husband.
Jones opened a social service agency in 2018, and then expanded the business in 2022 to include a Mental Health Respite facility for youth. Jones social service career spans three decades, and she has served in various work capacities, including Case Manager, Director of Case Management & Programing, Drug Prevention Coordinator, Foster Parent Liaison Licensing Specialist, Group Home Supervisor, and front-line staff.
A dedicated public servant, Regenia currently volunteers as a family advocate for at-risk youth, ensuring families have access to resources and services to help improve their overall quality of life. Jones is a fearless advocate for youth with disabilities, working to ensure they receive equitable and accessible educational support services.
She have served on various boards in her community, volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and currently serves as a board member for the Allen County Drug & Alcohol Consortium. Jones is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
Jones believes we all have unique learning styles that contribute to making our world better. Experience combined with education, empathy, understanding and belief, have made life-altering differences to individuals she has had the pleasure of serving. Jones has earned her degrees and certifications at various stages of her life, striving to be equipped to serve others.
In her leisure time, Jones enjoys hosting, event planning, traveling, sitting on the deck and porch with her Shiba Inu “Ali.”
